Chocolate comes from the seed of the tropical cacao tree. A long time ago, chocolate is used for drinking, not eating. Chocolate means 'bitter water' in Nahuatl language. The seeds of the cacao tree are white and have a really bitter taste. The seeds will turned brown and less bitter when they are left to be fermented for five days.
